Originally designed as a passenger ship terminal, Pier 40 is home to a commercial parking garage , sports facility, and Hudson River Park Trust’s offices.

Due to recent upgrading of this 15 acre structure, TTII was pleased to be a supplier of sports field infill for this unique facility.
